Bridging Barriers is an award-winning UK charity helping young people aged 16-25 from under represented backgrounds become work-ready and access meaningful career opportunities.


Since 2020, we have supported thousands of young people through mentoring, networking events, virtual masterclasses, insight days, and employer partnerships.


Our mission is simple - to help ambitious young people build the confidence, skills, networks, and opportunities they need to succeed.
